Lean Tech AS (organisasjons nr.915 338 275) hjelper produksjonsbedrifter å styrke sin konkurransekraft gjennom effektiv ressursbruk, høy produktivitet og kundetilfredshet- Mål og resultatstyring - Innovasjon: Designe effektive forsøk (DOE) og variasjonsanalyser (CoV)- Rotårsaksanalyse og problemløsning - Kost nytte analyser - Tidsstyring - Miljø: Redusere utslipp og etablere måleprogram - Måling: Bestemme måleusikkerhet og utbedre målesystemer Lean Tech tilbyr kurs og opplæring innen Lean Six Sigma, og kursholder Sissel Lundeby er første norske IASSC akkrediterte kursholder. IASSC er eneste uavhengige tredjeparts sertifiseringsorgan innen Lean Six Sigma som ikke gir opplæring, veiledning, coaching eller konsulenttjenester selv. Lean Tech's opplæring innebærer praktiske eksempler og tilpasses deltakernes og bedriftens behov. Lean Tech use Lean Six Sigma tools to create measurable results for the customer, and provides courses and training. The training focuses on finding practical examples and adjusting the training to fit the participants and their company's need. You can train for belt certification or you can learn a tool of interest like process mapping, SPC, MSA, capability analysis, hypothesis testing, rootcause analysis or DOE.
