Lean Training Institute

The Lean Training Institute's view that adopting Lean or KAIZEN is a transformation process and requires a change of mind. This web site is used as a depository of articles and posts that support or highlight this understanding. LTI was originally formed as the Kaizen Institute of California, an affiliate of the Kaizen Institute and part of their worldwide network of Lean consulting companies. The name was later changed to the Lean Training Institute. LTI's method is to highly leverage and compliment the client's existing talents and abilities. The approach uses techniques that enlighten the company's employees to new ways of thinking about their work environment. The new tools and systems of Lean are then introduced as a means to realize opportunities they "see with new eyes".
