There are many reasons for it but the prevailing factor seems to be the strong focus of the organizations on efficiency and lack of systems that would allow for efficient execution of small ideas. At the end of the day, the business is there to make profit and making changes is additional work that requires effort, is time consuming, costly and risky. At LeanShaman we challenged ourselves to build an operating system for employees of small and medium size organizations which will help them to turn their ideas into reality.
