I’ve been involved in sports and fitness my whole life. I’ve tried, made mistakes, and now that I’ve become an expert and highly skilled in my own training, I want to help you avoid making the same mistakes. When I began to notice changes in myself after focusing on the comprehensive meaning of “fitness”, being not just physical but also the mental calm that came along with it, I felt a rush of passion for it. My passion kept me motivated to learn new things in the world of fitness and to be able to become a professional in it. Leanwithaish can be your go to easy and patient advisor.
