Founded in 2020, Leap Assets is a Portuguese boutique consultancy firm based in Lisbon. Through research within the real estate market and other specialized sectors, it offers tailor-made, high-quality advice to a portfolio of investors in complex financial real estate operations. As entrepreneurs themselves, the founding partners started their investing path in Portugal in 2015 both in the residential and hospitality sector. Together, they have created Leap Assets, a locally based portfolio manager and investment advisor. With a dedicated and cross-disciplinary team, which has a global footprint totalling more than 61 years of experience in the financial sector, engineering, real estate, and architecture, Leap Assets provides advice and accompanies the client in the search for value. Additionally, the company actively manages, both financially and operationally, a portfolio of assets located in the vicinity of Avenida da Liberdade and in the up and coming neighbourhood of Marvila.
