Leap Forward Therapy

Leap Forward Therapy is a mobile Occupational Therapy service based in Perth, WA. We provide Occupational Therapy services for children, teens, and young adults, and together with their families we work towards increasing their skills to engage in everyday activities of their choice, to shape the future they choose. The following services are provided- Individualised occupational therapy support for 7-18yrs- Early Childhood Intervention for children under 7yrs- Education and training to families and supports- Telehealth- Assessments and reports, including functional capacity assessments (available for all ages). Our services are available to- NDIS participants (self or plan managed only)- Private clients - Medicare clients At Leap Forward Therapy we are focused on listening to your voice and your goals to direct therapy support. Our passion is to see individuals and families achieving their goals and maximising their potential with a person-centered focus.
