LEAP Housing is an Idaho-based nonprofit organization building toward a future where hardworking Idahoans can afford to buy or rent in the community they call home. We empower communities across the state by providing sustainable and affordable housing solutions. Our goal is to create affordable housing opportunities in Idaho by 2026, including offering homeownership and rental options, as well as preserving existing homes, all tailored to match local wages. LEAP was named ‘Most Talented Nonprofit’ in 2023 by the Idaho Nonprofit Center.
