Much of what I incorporate into instruction and learning has been learned and practiced over three decades. A single program does not do the trick, no matter how closely it aligns to required standards or criteria. And no program can spark the interest or reach the learner without the ability of the teacher to breathe life into it. Students learn in various ways and paces, which is why redundant practice, multiple opportunities and high support are essential in forming confident and capable students.After an introductory consultation, Mrs. Andriole will draft a plan of instruction to bring out the confident and capable student that exists within each child.
