Learn By Doing - Collaborative Learning

Learn by Doing is a collaborative learning community that helps people build practical technical and agile skills through real-world, hands-on experience in an open and inclusive environment. We believe the best way to learn is by creating, experimenting, and working together — not by sitting in a classroom. Our signature learning experience is the Learnathon, a short, focused development sprint where participants work in teams to design, build, test, and deliver a small Minimum Loveable Product (MLP). Every Learnathon mirrors the rhythm of real delivery: planning, collaboration, building, showcasing, and reflecting. Whether you're exploring roles in development, UX/UI, DevOps, product, analysis, or agile delivery, Learn by Doing gives you a safe place to try new responsibilities, grow your confidence, and learn alongside others. Our facilitators bring experience from product development, agile consulting, engineering, and design. We don’t run traditional training — instead, we guide you as you learn by doing, point you toward resources, and provide practical coaching during the sprint. This learning environment also naturally strengthens the habits needed in modern delivery models, including those used in Impact Value Agility — such as collaboration, clarity, outcome awareness, and iterative value delivery.
