Learn Your Liberation LLC was created by Tasha Layton, a certified NLP/Hypnotherapy Coach who offers the many tools in her toolbox to support you on your mental health/healing journey. In addition to teaching yoga, Tasha is a Professor of Written Communications at Eastern Arizona College and has extensive experience utilizing the art of communication, life-coaching, hypnotherapy (and other modalities) to mitigate and then heal PTSD, systemic lupus, substance addiction, and much more. Tasha used a collection of well-researched tools to transform her life by changing the neural connections in her brain, liberating her from the dependency on those well-traveled pathways to shame, guilt, and ultimately self-sabotage. By shining the light of awareness on patterns rooted in old conditioning and childhood trauma, she changed her entire experience with life to be filled with incalculable JOY. Tasha is pleased to offer tools to those who are ready for major transformation, who are willing to take an honest look at what is not working in their lives, and who will say YES to finding their own edge and leaning in. Tasha is skilled at guiding clients to their own truths and meeting them inside whatever arises, no matter how uncomfortable. She paradoxically both softens and accelerates the healing process, at a pace perfectly matched to your capacity and desire for more.
