We created Learnerise as a way to help aspiring apprentices thrive in their apprenticeship applications. It was evident to us that there were no real resources which could help students prepare for assessment centres. This lead to us creating our virtual assessment centres. Our virtual assessment centres are designed to help you prepare for the real thing and provide you with a space to practice realistic case study questions, group tasks and individual interviews. Whilst going through assessment centres ourselves we noticed that it takes weeks for companies to give individual feedback, which is useless if you have multiple assessment centres lined up and want to improve for next time. Which is why at Learnerise, you will receive actionable feedback within 48 hours of your virtual assessment centre. We also wanted to create a space where students could get any of their questions or concerns answered and get personalised help on any stage of the apprenticeship application process. This is why we offer private mentorship calls to any student who feels like they need that extra bit of practice in a certain area.
