Learning-as-a-Service (LaaS) seeks to uplift the learning capabilities of software teams and their members with a focus on team-first learning. It consists of me, Sorrel Harriet, and anyone I collaborate with to provide bespoke learning support for individuals, teams, and whole organisations. LaaS brings together expertise in teaching and learning, coaching, and modern software engineering practices, to partner with you and your teams to tackle their biggest challenges around learning.
