Learning Creates Australia is an independent, non-profit organisation committed to addressing education inequity by removing the barriers that prevent young people from reaching their full potential. We focus on supporting young people experiencing economic instability and social exclusion - those most impacted by systemic challenges in education. Despite their resilience, many young people face poverty, mental health challenges, trauma, and exclusion, limiting their ability to finish school and access future opportunities. Our work creates transformative learning environments during adolescence - a critical stage that shapes life outcomes. Through collaboration with educators, policymakers, and communities, we drive systemic change to ensure education uplifts and empowers all young people, regardless of background. By addressing root causes and reshaping policies, practices, and narratives, we build a more inclusive education system. With a growing community of young people, educators, and partners engaged in our initiatives, we are creating lasting impact at scale. We believe that when education works for those facing the greatest disadvantage, it works better for everyone - strengthening communities and shaping a more just and equitable future.
