Lifestep develops the skills, attitudes and behaviours of our students through practical courses, coaching and experiences. We provide sector-specific mentors who can provide expert advice and guidance on getting a job in their industry. We have strong links with corporate businesses and graduate recruiters. We can offer international work placements and for select high young achievers a place on our global leadership programme. Our programmes are proven to be successful with over 75% of our young people going into jobs, internships or work experience.
