Technology expertise This includes all kinds of expertise in mainframe, midrange, web-based, database, system integration, and cloud technology etc. The company founder has been in IT management roles for the past 10 years and has managed teams, projects, junior staff and contractors. With a passion for technology, we believe LeChee will provide solutions to the Australian Government by providing excellent consultancy and implementation solutions when required. Project expertise Our company founder has worked on many solutions, refresh and IT reform projects, and with very large complex government systems. He has substantial experience across a project’s life cycle. He started drafting business cases, then moved to seek project funding, such as platform reform, and has provided technical expert input in to enterprise architecture. Recruitment expertise The founder was part of government selection panels for contractor recruitment and has an acute understanding of what recruiters seek as well as the most common problems that occur with candidates and recruitment. To ensure both parties can connect effectively we work with candidates to clearly understand the role and our client’s expectations. We work with candidates to refine their application – with a focus on key aspects of the role – and we help them prepare for interviews. We also assist both sides with contract management, renewals and other administrative detail.
