Ledera is an independent consulting company, focusing on assisting customers in change projects. Ledera has broad experience in change management, project management, organizational change and IT and can therefore provide the competence needed in the different phases of a change process. Ledera’s vision is to assist customer organizations through change processes by providing the right competence. Ledera acts as a link between the customer organization and the vendor and supports the customer by providing change management, project managment or senior advisor services as needed. Ledera has serveral years of experience in large and international projects, mainly within ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) and thus the competence needed to guide and assit the customer through an ERP-project.
