We strive for excellences and treat our customers as brands which deserve to be perceived as leaders. Our Story Ledjoy is a South African luxury watch brand that tells a story of resilience. The brand encourages professional people to LEAD WITH PURPOSE. Ledjoy’s story started in a rural area called Ga-Mashashane in the outskirts of Polokwane in Limpopo South Africa were the co-founder Lethabo ‘Lejoy’ Motibane used to walk 10 km’s to and from school during her high school days. In the 5 years of walking to and from school, Lethabo realised the importance of time management and being resilient and over 10 years after high school she wanted to instill the spirit of resilience and time management of everyone aiming for greatness. Marketing facilitator Mokopane Ledwaba, who is now the managing director of Ledjoy turned Lethabo’s visions into a business. Mokopane is not only the first employee of the brand but is essentially the co-founder. Suzan Letsoalo, who is a digital marketer, also played a role in ensuring that the brand is where it is today. Although the brand name is coincidentally similar to Lethabo’s nickname “Lejoy”, the concept behind the name is simply that if one is Led by purpose, they will have a Joyful tomorrow through a resilient process.
