Leederville Gardens

Leederville Gardens Inc. is a not for profit organisation incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. The Board comprises six volunteer members who are elected to serve a term of three years. Board members have a wealth of experience in management, law, commercial business and services. Leederville Gardens is managed by Village Solutions Australia on behalf of the Board, is an independent living facility for over 55s. Village Solutions Australia specialises in the management of retirement villages across Western Australia and have successfully managed a number of high profile retirement villages in and around the Perth metropolitan area. With a combined experience of over 50 years in the Retirement industry, the Directors of Village Solutions Australia are qualified and accredited in every facet of village management, project feasibility/construction, property management, sales and marketing. Their passion favours retirement village management and the implementation of professional and consummate management strategies. The Operations Manager for villages and the onsite Village Coordinators are experts in their fields. All staff are professionally skilled in the day to day management of retirement villages and possess relevant training and qualifications. Their role is to provide the day to day management of the village whilst ensuring a high level of service is provided to all residents. Village Solutions Australia selects staff for their excellent communication abilities and strong people skills.
