Wij zijn een enthousiaste group van onderzoekers die het doel heeft om mensen met type 2 diabetes de tools te geven om hun levensstijl te verbeteren en hun ziekte om te keren! Door het gebruik van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve data willen wij de psychologische factoren die helpen (of juist niet!) in het bereiken van een levensstijl verandering. Door cognitieve gedragstherapie en een app te combineren hopen wij te helpen in het omkeren van type 2 diabetes.
