Founded in 2001, Leffler Consulting is a women-owned small business (WOSB) headquartered in Northern Virginia, just outside of the Washington D.C. area. We specialize in providing expert support to the acquisition of our nation’s most critical mission systems within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
