Left Hand Roasters is a social impact Thai Coffee Brand, working closely with communities across Northern Thailand to support in their journey in becoming self-sustaining, increase their revenue streams, as well as elevate the quality of Thai coffee on a local and global scale. As a conscious endeavor we require the communities we work with to uphold standards of sustainability, biodiversity, human rights and regenerative agriculture. We hope to invest in more farms who continue to work towards these values and in turn, increase tractability and transparency for consumers about their products. Beyond coffee beans we try to add value to beautiful coffee byproducts such as Coffee Blossom and Cascara by repurposing them in a productive way and creating additional revenue for the farmers. Our goal is to empower the people behind the product as well as highlight the potential of one of Thailand’s hidden gems : the coffee bean and their byproducts.
