The process of making the polymers we call SolidWater™ is internationally patented, developed by Ibrahim Al-Alim in Saudi-Arabia. They work by improving the soil quality, and by storing and releasing water to plants when they demand it. Ibrahim has worked to make SolidWater™ efficient, scaleable, and effective enough to be used against desertification for two decades. Because of his work, we have a super effective tool to reverse desertforming. There is still a lot to do before the deserts are green again. But it’s time for the next step.
