LEGALnudge provides legal services including general information, resources and limited scope family legal services for Minnesota. Few people anticipate a family law matter. Many individuals involved in family law matters choose to represent themselves for personal or financial reasons. Some would like to have representation, but do not feel they need or can afford legal representation for the entire matter. In response to this need, we provide limited representation for family law matters offering primarily flat, fixed-fee arrangements. For some tasks, an hourly arrangement is provided, with a discount for middle to lower income individuals. Our clients are able to choose what they need help with and understand what it will cost up front. Each client receives individual attention. We can assist you in deciding what services you need and what services you can take care of on your own with some guidance. If we determine that you need full representation for your case or other related services, we have many wonderful family law colleagues to whom we can refer you.
