Our Mission We are advocates for the soul of the enterprising Christian family. We work to see our clients, partners, communities, and the church flourish. Why We believe in the remarkable potential of enterprising Christian families to positively impact the world. When a family comes together around a shared purpose and vision, their wealth, reputation, and influence provide opportunities for immeasurable benefits to society. Their principles and virtues can be modified and perpetuated. They can create fulfilling work and generate new opportunities for many people, often benefitting entire communities. They can supercharge philanthropic efforts. But reaching this point is not easy; family ventures can be very challenging. Legasus Group exists to create ongoing learning, development, and growth for future generations. How We work alongside enterprising Christian families rather than working on enterprising families. Our work is not a single deliverable but an ongoing infusion of education, inquiry, and feedback. We believe the best course of action will always emerge within the family, so our process begins by listening well to the family and understanding their hopes. We then recommend a sequence of strategic conversations based on the client's aspirations. Inside these conversations, our job is to create the space so the family can do important but frequently neglected work. In the long term, we work to co-create systems that complement the family's greater purpose. What Legasus Group serves as advisors to enterprising Christian families. Drawing on 50-plus years of history and experience, we have crafted processes including peer learning groups, individual and group coaching and education, strategic thinking, and professional facilitation to draw out the family's individual and collective wisdom. These processes serve to guide enterprising Christian families through change so that the family and their enterprises are positioned to flourish.
