With over 15 years of experience working across the New York City school system, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for both therapists and educational institutions. We specialize in helping Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) navigate their careers through tailored mentorship, strong supervision, and real-world school placements. Our Services: Clinical Fellowship Placement We guide Clinical Fellows through their first year with structured support, experienced supervisors, and school-based opportunities that align with their goals. Speech Therapy Staffing for Schools We partner with public, charter, and private schools across NYC to provide highly qualified SLPs who are clinically strong, culturally aware, and school-ready. Ongoing Clinical Supervision We provide comprehensive supervision for CFs and SLPs, ensuring they meet certification requirements while building confidence and competence. Professional Development & Mentorship From hands-on guidance to growth-focused learning, we help therapists build the skills they need to thrive long-term.
