IMPORTANT Effective Monday July 28, 2003, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ordered Legion Insurance Company and Villanova Insurance Company into Liquidation. Legion and Villanova are now operating under the control of Joel S. Ario, Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania acting in his official capacity as Statutory Liquidator of Legion Insurance Company and Villanova Insurance Company.
