We streamline management of community aquatic centres and recreation facilities on behalf of local councils,and our offering includes: • aquatic programs such as learn to swim programs, aquatic training and fitness classes, as well as sports competitions and youth programs; • lifeguarding of the pool and facilities; • kiosk services, including the sale of merchandise and aquatic accessories and food and beverage sales under L+R Group’s Wriggly Bean brand; • total venue management, general operations and maintenance including entire centre management, plant room maintenance, water quality testing, general cleaning, preventative maintenance and servicing of equipment. The business will realise this vision through: • the digital transformation of its facilities management systems and processes on current and future facility management contracts; • offering the business’s cloud-based e-management platform as a consulting service using site-specific management plans; • developing and delivering aquatic consulting services to local councils to optimise its aquatic and recreation facilities.
