Leizure Living (previously Leizure Fitness) was founded in 2016 by U.S Navy veteran Derica Davis. During her tour overseas she went though a period of depression from dealing with self-esteem and body image issues amongst several other stress factors that come with serving as a young woman in the military. Learning how to incorporate wellness into her everyday life, is what helped Derica not cope but tremendously decrease stress and depression. Derica's passion for wellness has branched into providing convenient and affordable mobile wellness services to communities all over. Here at Leizure Living, we believe in enhancing the resident experience through wellness classes, entertaining social events and peaceful distractions such as massage therapy or meditation. We often tend to take life too serious, our goal is to educate communities about the balance and importance of the seven dimensions of wellness for a overall healthier, happier and better life.
