Lemon Battery is a consulting & capacity building studio that helps social impact leaders design innovative strategies, programs, and solutions. We bring together top talent to turbocharge organizations trying to change their work and change the world. Lemon Battery was founded in 2022 by Rob Strain. Before launching the company, Rob spent more than a decade working to transform k-12 education and five years as an independent partner to large organizations ranging from large systems to grassroots movements to global corporations. The studio is founded on humble realism about the difficulty of change and grounded optimism about the potential of empowered teams to do big things.
