We offer embodied nature retreats, an embodied learning program & workshops. Embodiment & Ecotherapy - 5-10 day Retreats in Nature: Synthesizing embodiment, movement, neuroscience & (eco)psychology to discover the ease of a reciprocal presence in nature & all relationships - a natural support to meet life’s adventures and challenges in a profound, yet playful and inspiring way. These retreats are essentially about nourishing our presence through clarifying our relationship with nature, ourselves and any 'other'. We explore how the experience of communing with the nature around and within can carry over into all aspects of life, as we learn to evoke a sustainable presence that is ‘more than’ our body, mind and feelings, and yet includes them.
