About LeoMar Our story began in 2005, when we laid the foundation for our journey in the construction sector. In 2011, we expanded our expertise to include condominium administration. The creation of LeoMar1 s.t.p, the result of a partnership between surveyors Leonardo Cappuccioni and Mario Alfieri, marked a turning point for the profession in Florence – bringing innovation as the first Partnership Company of Surveyors in the city. LeoMar1 grew steadily, supported by a strong client-focused approach that enabled us to respond effectively and precisely to a wide variety of needs. This dedication earned us the trust of our clients and fueled our professional development. The expansion of our team - with the addition of architects, engineers, more surveyors, and accounting professionals - was a strategic move to meet the evolving demands of a market increasingly oriented toward integrated, turnkey solutions. In 2024, the transformation from LeoMar1 s.t.p. s.r.l. to LeoMar s.r.l. was more than just a name change- it was the affirmation of a team of highly qualified technicians and professionals with solid experience. This evolution further strengthened LeoMar’s position in the professional landscape of the Florence metropolitan area and beyond.
