We specialize in assisting companies with "hard to place" financing needs and bring value to companies that are highly leveraged; have limited liquidity; insufficient cash flow to support growth; or an inconsistent earnings history. The firm's priority is to understand our client's business operations, growth plans and financing requirements in order to structure a financing solution that meets their specific needs along with a certainty of execution. We primarily work with operating companies, serving manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, processors, service businesses and contractors in a wide variety of industries. We are compensated solely by our clients under an exclusive arrangement.
