Les Globe Trottoirs

The company was created 19 years ago by a group of 3 actors. Since we created and performed 8 shows for children (more than 1600 performances in France, including Avignon Fringe Festival in 2004, 2005, 2008 and 2012). In spite of their aesthetic differences, our shows are always built on instrumental or vocal music and physical involvement, as we trust these are the best tools to communicate with our audience (children from 3 to 10). Our artistic vision is related to- Music and its relationship with truth; music as a universal language - Physical and visual theatre and how to use the body as first medium in children’s theatre - Misunderstandings between children and adults and discovering individual responsibility - Quest of freedom and autonomy as the most important event in life after birth - Traditional fantasy atmosphere in stage set and costumes.
