Our residential subdivisions are carefully chosen sites that have quality builders with excellent reputations. Our sites have produced well over a thousand new homes to date. Our commercial sites have tenants with names like Sobeys, LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Best Buy, Bank of Nova Scotia, The Keg, and many others. We are continually looking for new locations for our next commercial project or residential subdivision. We have recently completed our first mid-rise development and are currently looking for new locations.
