Leseli Foundation

Leseli Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized children and young people in Lesotho through education. As part of our mission, the foundation aligns itself with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which aim to eliminate poverty, protect the environment, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030. SDG 4, which focuses on providing quality education to all, is central to Leseli's efforts to promote sustainable development through knowledge. The foundation aims to ensure that every child, regardless of background, has access to quality education. We recognize that education is key to creating opportunities for vulnerable youth and driving economic growth, job creation, equality, and peacebuilding. In pursuit of its goal to help achieve the SDGs, Leseli is building a global alliance of partners who share its commitment to inclusive and equitable access to quality education. Through our strategy, the foundation supports the local and regional development of education in various sectors, continually reviewing and revisiting its objectives, measures, and goals to ensure relevance and timeliness. Ultimately, our current strategy is aimed at creating a lasting, high-quality impact in the target communities it serves.
