Leslie Nelson

Leslie has been a Social Worker for over twenty years and now has a private practice in West Toronto. In addition, she provides Employment Assistance counselling for several organizations. She sees the benefit of counselling as helping people discover their "true selves" in the context of their family, relationships and culture. Leslie works collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to help them gain a greater understanding of themselves and "what makes them tick" to improve the quality of their life and relationships. Life is not a "dress rehearsal"- most of us want to make the best of whatever time we've got on this planet. She is particularly interested in helping people be true to themselves and what they believe.Leslie herself has benefited from counselling and views herself as a life long learner.
