What sets us apart is our team structure. Every cleaner is employed directly by us — no subcontractors or outsourcing. Our cleaners work in pairs or small teams, so there’s built-in accountability, shared responsibility, and better outcomes for our clients. Each staff member is police-checked, uniformed, and professionally trained. New cleaners are given one-on-one training onsite and work alongside experienced team members before taking on any job. No one is sent out unsupported. We don’t use call centres — our in-house admin team is based in Berwick and offers direct support to both clients and cleaners. We also use GPS tracking and time-stamped photos through our booking system to verify attendance and quality on every job.
