At Lesson Geek, we like to do things a little differently. We're not your typical run-of-the-mill tutors who stick to the boring old "teacher-student" dynamic. We want our students to be EXCITED for their lessons, not dragging their feet and moaning about more school work. We're all about making learning FUN, because let's face it, life's too short to be stuck in a stuffy classroom. By building a relationship based on mutual respect and friendship, we're able to help our students thrive in ways they never thought possible. We know from experience that when you're excited to learn, you're more motivated to succeed and achieve your goals. It feels like just yesterday we launched Lesson Geek Tutors with a handful of tutors operating in just a few areas around Cape Town. But now, we've operating in over 75 cities and towns all over South Africa. When we started Lesson Geek, we had big dreams of creating a platform where talented students from all over the country could Ignite a Brighter Future for younger generations. We wanted to give students the opportunity to find flexible work alongside their studies, while also creating something small that had the potential to become something truly great. And boy, have we ever done that! We're so thrilled to see the impact our fantastic tutors are having on students all over the country. From boosting grades to building confidence, our tutors are making a real difference in young people's lives. So here's to our incredible team of tutors and all the amazing students who have trusted us to help them succeed. We can't wait to see where this journey takes us next.
