Let Go. Live. Coaching

I am very excited to announce I created a coaching practice called Let Go. Live. Let Go. Live. is a life coaching practice dedicated to inspiring women to show up in life as the best versions of themselves. Although my focus is connecting with women, I also coach employees, men and enjoy helping anyone (including kids and seniors) that are interested in improving their lives and becoming the best version of themselves. I serve clients that live in Colorado and in other states. I meet with clients via phone and in person. I work with my clients on a variety of different topics including major life transitions, confidence building, time management and achieving goals. Why work with a coach? In addition to eating healthy and exercising we also need to have a healthy mind and outlook on life. A coach can help you stay on track to achieving a holistic approach to your life. Coaching is future focused. Coaches hold their clients accountable to achieving goals that help the client move forward in life. Research shows that most people don’t achieve their goals because they are afraid to fail and don't believe they will succeed or deserve to succeed. What kind of people work with coaches?
