Leveraging Leaders provides customized leadership coaching and capacity-building services Our areas of focus include: · Accelerating the learning and development of school and other non-profit leaders, leadership teams and teachers. · Facilitating governance growth with school boards of trustees. · Guiding the creation and implementation of evidence-based, mission-aligned teacher and leader support and accountability systems. · Conducting comprehensive evaluations of schools and community-based organizations, analyzing current practices and guiding quality improvement efforts. · Advising and training charter school applicant teams in the design of new school models.
