Macadamia and avocado production support services. Three levels of specialization exists. Level 1 represents general conversation and time where no skills are involved. Level 2 describes time where some extend of skill is important to do a certain task (e.g. scouts training) and level 3 involves novel thinking, ideas, practices and recommendations. Short communications are limited to a 2-page document describing and elaborating on a production topic. The full content of a report includes time spent on all specialized levels, data analyses, graphs, outcomes interpretations and recommendations. Production guide compilation excluding time spent toward Specialized level 3. Fertilizer recommendations and irrigation scheduling recommendations are done on the AgriWiz platform. Additional work linked to the program are charged according to specialization levels and fieldwork rates.
