2024 Award-Winning Alternative Learning Provision 🥇 At Lexia we believe every young person deserves to reach their unique potential- Recognised for our pioneering in-school mentoring programmes, we have raised the standard for educational support, inspiring a new generation of mentors and tutors - to reshape a sector in crisis- Pioneering a new vertical within the sector, school leaders and councils are experiencing first hand, the incredible power of our role-model Mentors and Tutors, able to directly connect with societies most vulnerable young people- Directly tackling the issues of poor attendance, high exclusion rates and serious youth violence, the trust and rapport built, with role models from similar backgrounds, has opened the door to significant improvements in children accessing their education and learning and this is just the start- As we continue to trailblaze a raised standard for our most at risk students, we cannot wait to share in the continued success of our community, as we inspire the next generation.
