Who We Are: LexiCare Community Connections provides person-centered quality care services for seniors and approved consolidated waiver programs for people living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or mental health issues. Our Team: LexiCare was founded and is operated by professionals experienced in human services delivery. At the forefront of our efforts are emphatic caregivers, social workers, mental and behavioral health professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in working with seniors and in managing programs for adults with physical or mental health disabilities. Community Involvement: We at LexiCare pride ourselves on giving back to the community, nurturing relationships, and building connections. This is deeply rooted in our passion for putting people first. Our team is involved in various community outreach programs and volunteer activities. Volunteerism is part of our DNA. Our Story: After years of working in human services, our founder started LexiCare based on a determination to effect change and create solutions.
