Lexicon Support Services is a small, woman-owned, business. In late 2019, we saw a deficiency in Local Public Agencies, and other recipients and subrecipients of Federal Financial Assistance, to meet the Federal requirements of compliance with Title VI and its accompanying programs. Mary Robinson, Lexicon's owner, has a vast background in many subject areas, including Title VI and Title VII program elements and requirements, and certifying DBE/SBE/WBE/8a businesses. Our Project Team has an extensive background in multiple fields of construction and is knowledgeable in the elements and requirements of contract compliance.
