Lexster Law LLP is a New Delhi disputes and arbitration boutique, founded in 2020, acting for Indian and multinational clients in complex, high-stakes commercial and cross-border matters. Our litigation and arbitration teams work across commercial, regulatory and corporate regimes, handling domestic and international arbitrations alongside multi-forum litigation — including before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts across the country, as well as various Tribunals. We are regularly instructed in disputes involving government and PSU counterparties, cross-border concession and EPC frameworks, financing and security enforcement, and energy and infrastructure projects. Our arbitration practice spans domestic and international proceedings across construction & engineering, energy and renewable power, mining, finance, technology, and real estate, with particular depth in EPC, BOT/BOOT, concession and O&M disputes. Recent mandates have ranged from roughly USD 12 million to USD 750 million, with seats including Bengaluru, Doha, Dubai, Kigali, London, Maputo, Mumbai, New Delhi and Singapore under ICC, SIAC and KIAC rules. Members of the team also serve as Tribunal Secretary in arbitrations exceeding USD 1 billion. Alongside dispute resolution, we advise on company law and insolvency, competition, white-collar and regulatory matters, IP disputes, and corporate transactions — aligning legal strategy with the commercial outcome a client is working toward. Our model is intentionally selective: we limit the number of mandates so that partners and senior lawyers stay closely involved in strategy, preparation and advocacy throughout the life of a matter. We also work with a network of affiliates and associates across India, APAC, MENA, Europe and the UK, which supports matters that span multiple jurisdictions.
