Documents to be used overseas often require legal drafting and authentication by a Notary Public. LH Notaries are authorised to prepare and authenticate many types of documents to be used internationally. Every overseas jurisdiction has its own formalities and requirements as to how legal documents are prepared, executed and authenticated. We are well qualified to advise on the varying formalities involved and on the specific procedure to be followed. Clients are welcome to visit our offices in the Leadenhall building in person. We can also attend our clients personally to execute documents requiring notarial authentication. We frequently act in conjunction with foreign lawyers, notaries, tax advisers, land registries and other public bodies to enable such transactions to be completed.
