For well over three decades, hospitals, healthcare facilities and physician practices have relied upon the specialized programs and services offered by the Louisiana Hospital Association (LHA) Trust Funds. These programs include the Malpractice and General Liability Trust Fund, Workers’ Compensation Fund and The Physicians Trust. The LHA Trust Funds are unique insurance programs created for members of the Louisiana Hospital Association and are owned by member participants.
