LIA Consulting was founded by Liliana Mikulik and is dedicated to management consulting with a focus on Business Analysis, Project Management and Agile Coaching. We advise various companies and groups in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and help them identify operational problems and organisational hurdles, develop individual solution strategies and realise their implementation within the organisation. In over 20 years of professional practice, we have been able to gain experience across various industries and constantly improve our consulting skills. Our clients include companies in the public sector, transport and building services, information technology, management consultancy, media, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical technology and aviation, which we support and advise within numerous projects. Our cross-industry experience enables us to revolutionise dusty, entrenched or historically grown organisations, processes and products with a breath of fresh air and new ways of thinking.
