BACP Accredited and insured integrative counsellor offering face-to-face and online sessions for individuals aged 18+ working with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, identity, culture & diversity, sexuality, relationships, historical trauma and loss & bereavement. With 11 years of experience supporting commercial pilots at an ATO at various stages of their career, I understand the pressures pilots face of stress, finance & performance as well as the stigma around mental health in the industry and therefore am well suited to offering counselling for pilots. Counselling can provide a space to explore any difficult thoughts, feelings & behaviours you are experiencing. Drawing on psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, I believe through a genuine professional relationship we can achieve greater insight for you giving you greater control of your life. I work to provide a space that is empathic, supportive, non-judgemental and safe for you to explore the issues that you want to. I also have limited space at reduced fees as I do not believe money should be a barrier to accessing counselling. Please ask about this if you have financial concerns.
