This leaves us in the forever vicious circle of traditional rent wasting money every month. So, as we cannot afford the regular down payment, the bank cannot give us a mortgage loan. We are here to solve this huge structural problem for our generation and the next ones to come. In the USA they have proven the model to be successful.
